Purchasing Abstract Resin Art For The First Time - What To Know

Resin art is a great addition to any home, and with so many colours and styles, it can be easy to get carried away and purchase the first pretty piece you see. Whilst I never discourage buying art, there are some things you should consider before purchasing resin art for the first time, in order to make the most from your purchase. As an experienced resin artist, I feel fulfilled when seeing customers happy with their pieces and I want to maximise this joyous experience. To browse my product pages, click here. If you want to find out more about purchasing resin art, carry on reading;

Think About Practicality

Before diving headfirst into purchasing a piece, think about the practicality. A large abstract resin art piece will take up space. You don’t want to cram your beautiful piece into a crowded corner, so it is important to measure your intended space, and compare this with the art’s measurements. If you are tight on space, but love a resin art design and don’t want to miss out, I also sell prints and homeware with my designs. To take a look at my resin art prints, see here.

Research How To Care For Your Piece

Another important thing to consider when purchasing resin art, is what it will need to keep it in good condition. Do some research on how to keep your piece clean and bright, and also on the things you should avoid. I would recommend dusting your piece with a clean microfibre cloth every week, and avoiding direct heat and harsh chemicals in order to keep your piece looking its best.

Check The Legitimacy and Quality

Finally, check the quality of your abstract resin art piece to make sure you are paying the right price and are not being taken advantage of. Unfortunately there are many people out there who will try to sell low quality resin art to those who are unaware. Because of this I aim to give as much insight as possible to my customers regarding the creative process, and guarantee that each piece is high quality, safe and made with the utmost care. If you have any questions about my pieces, you can always get in touch.
