The throat chakra is the 5th Chakra (also known as Vishuddha) means ‘pure’ or ‘purification.’ is our centre of communication relates to our purpose, creativity and individuality it is responsible for communication, self-expression, and the ability to speak your personal truth.
It is the gateway for energy between the lower centres of the body and the head and is guided by principles of expression and communication.
Vishuddha chakra bridges the heart and the mind. When this space is clear, the wisdom of both is integrated and profound spiritual truths flow freely.
When the energy of the Vishuddha Chakra is imbalanced, communication breaks down. We refuse to listen to our inner Self and to others. Others are unable to understand us and feelings of loneliness surround us. Emotional signs that the throat chakra may be blocked are feelings of depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem. This may be worsened by being unable to express those feelings.
Since the Vishuddha Chakra is connected to the throat, there are visible physical problems due to imbalance. A sore throat, fluctuations in hormone levels, and pain or stiffness in the neck area can be symptoms of a misaligned Throat Chakra.
Om is a Sanskrit word and ancient mantra often used in the practices of Hinduism and Buddhism.
In the Hindu tradition, the sound of om is said to contain the entire universe. It is the first sound from the beginning of time and it also encompasses the present and the future. As such, its importance and power are difficult to overstate. In the chakra system, it is connected to Ajna chakra, the third eye which represents intuition and self-knowledge
symbol of Om, its various curves and lines represent five states of consciousness:
- The lower left curve represents the conscious, waking state of being.
- The top left curve is the unconscious state.
- The lower right curve is the dream state—the state between the waking and the unconscious.
- The semicircle at the top is the maya state. "Maya means "illusion"; the biggest obstacle to spiritual development," explains Kumar.
- The dot at the top represents the absolute state. "It's the highest state of consciousness; the ultimate state of spiritual bliss when you can just be,"
These are great used for meditation, manifestation and as crystal grids to enhance the energy with crystals.
Crystal grids Are incredibly powerful healing tools, they are a beautiful way to manifest your dreams goals and intentions. The power of a crystal grid comes from combined energies of the crystals you use, how you place them and the intentions you set. My angels and mandalas can be used with crystals as crystal grids.
Keep in mind the Angels and the universe provide us with what we need, not always what we want, its better to manifest and focus on what we need not just about what we want.
Common intentions for crystal grids are for well being, abundance healing and protection.
Crystal grids not only look beautiful but they uplift the energy in any space. They can be used for healing in person, distant healing, manifesting, ritual work, meditation, intention setting practices or simply as a creative endeavour and for protection.
